When you submit this form, TruVisor stores your name, email address, enquiry type, any optional business information and message, update preference and submission date in its enquiry database.

How the information is used

Your details are available to the authorised administrator to review, respond to and manage your enquiry. If you separately choose to receive updates, that preference is recorded. Submitting an enquiry does not commit you to the pilot or a subscription.

Access and security

The enquiry list is protected by administrator sign-in. It is not a public directory. A daily salted request fingerprint is stored to limit abusive submissions; raw IP addresses are not stored in the enquiry table. Please do not submit sensitive documents or personal information about other people.

Your choices

To ask about access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw your update preference, email trust@truvisor.ai. Enquiries remain available for administrator review until removed through the authorised administration process. No automatic deletion period is currently configured.
